BEST Brasov is a non-governmental organization, established in 1997, intended for Transilvania University students. It deals both with facilitating communication between the University, students and companies, but also with the professional and personal development of the organization’s members and students.

BEST Brasov comes to the aid of students through events organized for them, such as workshops, academic courses or company presentations, which cover the needs and interests of university students. Thus, we offer participants the necessary support, both academically and professionally.

In addition to the academic events, BEST Brasov also plans various social group activities for members of the organization, with the aim of improving relations between them.

What do we do?

Complementary Education

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) offers excellent opportunities for further education for students in an international environment. Through the BEST network, students have access to various events and projects that complement and extend their academic learning.
The BEST seasonal courses are an important example of complementary education offered by the organization. These courses are designed to give students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in a specific field while working in an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Career Support

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) provides valuable career development support for students through the many activities and programs they organize.

BEST also organizes events like BEST Company Day, where companies and organizations showcase career opportunities and interact directly with students. These events give students the opportunity to learn more about their industry of interest, talk to company representatives and present their CV or personal portfolio.

Educational Involvement

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is actively involved in education through the various projects and activities it organizes.
In addition, BEST organizes technical competitions such as EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition). This competition encourages students to apply their knowledge and skills in a competitive environment and demonstrate their creativity and skills to a wide audience. Participating in such competitions fosters critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork skills.

What is BEST?

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is a non-profit organization founded in 1989, active in 85 universities in 30 European countries. Our aim is to support and connect students who are passionate about technology, giving them chances to develop their skills and knowledge in an international environment.

Through BEST International, we have access to a vast network of students and technology professionals who share the same passion for innovation and continuous learning. This allows us to organize academic exchanges, summer courses and conferences across Europe, thus providing unique development and networking opportunities for our members.

Our mission is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences between students through innovative events and projects. We organize technical competitions, trainings, conferences and workshops in various fields, such as engineering, IT, robotics, design and many others. These activities are supported by internationally recognized partners and companies that share the same vision of technological development and innovation.
